Tailwinds Brewing Company – Brewer Position
Tailwinds Brewing Company is now accepting resumes for a Professional Brewer. Our brand-new brewpub, located in Union Grove WI, is currently under construction and will be open in late spring. The new semi-automated 5bbl brewhouse will be arriving at the end of April and will be commissioned shortly thereafter. We hope to have our brewer in place prior to the brewhouse commissioning. We’ll be utilizing 4-unitanks and two horizontal lagering tanks. Our beers will be served from 12- 400L jacketed horizontal serving tanks meaning there will be little need for kegging and keg cleaning. The Mueller serving tanks require minimal cleaning with no CIP. We have no desire at this point to distribute.

This position includes all aspects of recipe development, production, cellaring and packaging. This is a one-person show for a professional who requires minimal direction and monitoring.
