At Tailwinds Brewing Company, we believe great beer, great food, and great people go hand-in-hand. Our taproom is a place where locals and visitors alike come to enjoy handcrafted brews, wine, and delicious bites in a friendly, upbeat atmosphere. We’re looking for a fun-loving, reliable Taproom Bartender and Sandwich Artists to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.
Our positions:
  • Taproom Servers- Experience is a plus. Must be able to work well in a team environment to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons. A great attitude is a must and grumpy people need not apply.
  • Cook/Sandwich Chef- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This person needs to be proud of the items they produce and not allow inferior product to reach the tables of our customers. Some customer involvement may be necessary. Experienced is preferred.

Compensation for the above positions has yet to be determined and will be dependent on experience.
