We have our brewer!

It gives us great pleasure to be able to say that our long search for a professional brewer is finally over with Greg Browne joining our team. Our desire to bring to Union Grove the highest quality traditional and trending ales and Lagers makes Greg a perfect fit for us to accomplish our mission. After attending the prominent Siebel Institute Diploma Course in Brewing Technology, Greg went on to work for 29 years in the industry at breweries to include Flatlanders, Mickey Finn’s, Goose Island and most recently, Art History Brewing and Geneva Lager Works.
Greg has been mentioned in magazines and books and has been involved in several recent podcasts. Greg says he is looking forward to "being in a taproom environment again where I can see the customers drinking the beer I make and to be able to interact with them.”
Like us, Greg is looking forward to the construction being completed, for our brewing equipment to arrive be commissioned so that he can get to work in his craft.
We are extremely lucky to have Greg on our team!
